The City of Owensboro is hosting its annual liquidation surplus auction on May 9. Numerous vehicles, trailers, bikes, large equipment, and other items will be for sale.

Pre-registration and inspection will start at 2 p.m. on May 8 at the Sportscenter, giving attendees an early chance to see the items.
All equipment and machinery are sold “as-is” and “where-is” with no buyer’s premium for on-site purchases. All purchased items must be removed from the parking lot by 5 p.m. on May 9.
Kurtz Auction and Realty are holding the auction. Kurtz will accept cash, personal checks/cashier’s checks, debit cards, and credit cards with an additional 3.5% buyer fee on the full purchase amount and bank wire transfer. To complete a wire transfer, call 800-264-1204 for instructions.
