Roger Wilson, 69, of Owensboro, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2024, surrounded by family. He was born November 6, 1954, in Grand Rapids, MI to the late Paul and Jennie Stear Wilson. Roger was a football enthusiast and a fan of the Detroit Lions. He also enjoyed hobbies such as fishing and ham radio. Roger was preceded in death by his daughter, Heather Ann Wilson and brother, Robert Wilson.
He is survived by his wife of forty-six years, Patricia Wilson; daughters, Brenda (Milton) Clark, Pamela (Steven) Wilkey, Amanda Wilson; seven beautiful grandchildren, Sara, Ashlynn, Michael, Mara, Zachary, Emma (Babydoll) and Mckenzie; sisters-in-law, Sherry Rizzon and Nancy Wilson, and sisters, Grace and Joanie.
The Funeral Mass will be 12:00 p.m. Thursday at Sts. Joseph and Paul Catholic Church. Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Thursday, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
