Frances L. “Panky” Boutcher, 94, of Hawesville, passed on to her Heavenly Home on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at Brickyard Healthcare. She was born in Tell City, IN on June 26, 1929 to the late Herb & Katie Hermann. Panky was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and was a former Dispatcher for Hancock County EMA and worked for the Selective Service Board. She enjoyed her horses, puzzles, sewing, western movies and was a big John Wayne fan. Panky was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Boutcher and a daughter, Bobbie Morgan.
Panky is survived by her son, Jimmy Boutcher; grandchildren, Misty Morgan, Melynda (Manny) Boutcher-Hadad, Christen Boutcher, Matt (Shannon) Boutcher; 12 great grandchildren; brother, Bernard Hermann and a loving friend Barbara Sue Laslie.
