HAZARD – Regina Alice Howard, 67, of Hazard died Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 7:49PM at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro. Ms. Howard was born February 14, 1956 in Muhlenberg County. She was a member of Frontline Ministries in Hazard, KY. She was preceded in death by her mother, Wanda Howard.
She is survived by her daughter, Victoria (Benjamin) Halcomb; sisters, Shirley (Reggie) Baugh, Felicia Howard, and Marilyn Boyd; brothers, Robert (Dinah) Howard, Larry Howard, and Bryan (Julie) Howard; special daughters, Patricia (Shane) Engle, and Katie (Jeremy) Napier; and grandchildren, Miranda Engle, Emery Napier, and Elliott Napier.
