Anna Laura Blythe, age 84 of Harned, KY passed away January 4, 2024 at Baptist Health Hardin. She was born in McQuady, KY on November 18, 1939. Anna retired from Fox Radars and then worked for 35 years at Walmart, where she served as a department manager. She always greeted you with a beautiful smile and was eager to lend a helping hand. She kept very busy and enjoyed dancing, bowling, playing Bingo, traveling, playing the guitar, and all handwork including sewing and crocheting.
She was preceded in death by her parents Herschel Burden and Evelyn Slaughter; her husband, Shelby Blythe; her daughters Libby Donley and Laquita Thomas, as well as 7 sisters and 1 brother.
Anna is survived by 3 children: Scott Willoughby (Carol) of Tampa, FL; Keith Barnes (Sharon) of Dayton, OH, and Wendy Asbury (Ethan) of Hardyville, KY
several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-great-grandchildren

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Monday, January 8, 2024, at 12 PM, with burial in the Garfield Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10:30 AM on Monday.
