Roland J. Lafond, 82, of Owensboro, passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, Kentucky. He was born September 4, 1941 in New Bedford, Massachusetts to the late Armand J. Lafond and Marianna Caplettle Lafond. Roland worked in maintenance for a Kentucky School District.
He is survived by his son, Roland Lafond Jr. of Lisbon, New Hampshire; and a grandson, Jake Joseph Lafond.
There will be no services. James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of his arrangements.
