Louis E. Igleheart, 78, of Owensboro, passed away Friday, December 15, 2023 at Twin Rivers Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was born August 28, 1945 in Daviess County to the late John L. “J.L.” Igleheart and Mary Lucille Robertson Igleheart. Louis retired from Pepsi and was a member and elder at Owensboro Church of Christ. He enjoyed farming and spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Ann Lloyd.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Anna Bell Igleheart; two sons, David Igleheart and Dan Igleheart; four grandchildren, Riley, Ariana, Austin, and Shelby Igleheart; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, December 22, 2023 at James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation is from 3 to 7 p.m. on Thursday and from 9 a.m. until the time of service on Friday at the funeral home.
