Daviess County picked up a comfortable win thanks to a 28-point performance from Lily Hoaglan, while Owensboro Catholic and Trinity picked up losses.
DCHS 54, Hancock County 43
Daviess County bested Hancock County 54-43. The game was tied after the end of the first quarter. DCHS took the lead and held onto it going forward and closed out the game.
Hoaglan’s impressive 28 points on the night led the Lady Panthers in scoring. Hoaglan also finished with a high FT % after shooting 6 of 8 from the free throw line. Kennedy Lane followed behind with 11 points.
Sacred Heart 72, OCHS 44
Owensboro Catholic picked up their first loss of the season after losing 72-44 to a tough Sacred Heart team.
Leading the Lady Aces in scoring was Delaney Cooper with 11 points. Following close behind was Hailee Johnson with 10 points.
Breckinridge County 70, THS 27
Trinity had a rough game against Breckinridge as they fell 70-27. Leading the Lady Raiders in scoring was Kenzie McDowell with 11 points.
