Barbara Ann Yeckering-Huff, 84, of Owensboro, passed away on Monday, November 6, 2023 at home with family under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late James and Margaret (Glenn) Yeckering. Barbara was born on December 18, 1938 in West Louisville. She had managed Diamond Lakes and Owensboro Pawn Shop with her husband Jerry, and worked for South Central Bell and MPD. She was a member of St. Stephen Cathedral. Barbara loved spending time with family and enjoyed gardening, watching Westerns, NASCAR, and University of Louisville sports.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Huff on March 29, 2019; and a brother, Larry Yeckering.
Survivors include her son, Rick Webb (Audra); daughter, Terri Hendon (John); grandchildren, April Ferguson (Greg), Kayli Fogle (Kevin), and Dylan Webb (Hannah); great-grandchildren, Trevor and Ariel; and a brother, Jimmy Yeckering of Owensboro.
