Roy J. Bramlett, Sr., age 89 of Harned, KY passed away October 11, 2023 at Hosparus In-patient Care Center. He was born in Breckinridge County, KY on January 12, 1934, son of the late Lena Mae Lucas and Johnny Bramlett. He attended Alexander Chapel Community Church. Roy enjoyed vegetable gardening and would plant seeds wherever he found a spot. He loved his family, especially time with his grandchildren. Playing the guitar was one of his many talents.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Jean Bramlett. son-in-law Butch Androski and siblings William Bramlett and Nettie Phipps.
Roy is survived by 4 children: Myra Androski, Darlene Lucas (Gary) and Roy J. Bramlett of Harned, KY, Rhonda McCorkle (Ray) of Fairdale, KY.

4 grandchildren: Michelle Shaw (Bobby), Kasy Dyer, Matthew Cody Lucas and Hannah Bramlett
2 step grandchildren: Kelli Isenberg (Clint) and Jason McCorkle (Danielle)
6 great grandchildren: Allie and Jozlyn Shaw, Michael Ryan Buntain, Kylee Dyer, Liam and Roman Lucas
6 step great grandchildren: Peyton Isenberg, Kadyn and Delaney McCorkle, Madison and McKenzy Hammer, Shelby Lobb
Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Monday, October 16, 2023 at 11 AM with burial in the Shumate Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, 4-8 PM and Monday, 8:30 – 11 AM.
