Cinderella’s Closet provides formal wear to girls who could not otherwise afford to attend their prom.
Through donations of new and gently used formal dresses and accessories, we are able to “Turn
Dresses into Dreams” for juniors and seniors referred to our organization by their school or social care
agency. Even more than a dress, Cinderella’s Closet provides an unforgettable and amazing
experience. From the moment our princesses dance through our doors they are greeted with an
environment of grace, love, and respect. It is our mission that they leave knowing they are cherished.
In mid-March, Cinderella’s Closet served 160 girls by giving them a dress, jewelry and shoes for their proms. It is the most girls we have ever had which is certainly exciting, but now we have lots of inventory to replace. We do have dresses donated but we have to purchase quite a few dresses every year. Please help us raise some funds by purchasing a box lunch. Orders must be placed by October 20th and the lunches will be ready on October 27th between 10: 30 am and 12:30 pm at Owensboro Christian Church. Delivery is available for orders of 10 or more.
