Jerry Wayne Rogers, 68 of Fordsville, passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at Fordsville Nursing Home. He was born on November 12, 1954, in Daviess County, to the late JD and Margie Christie Rogers. Jerry was a truck driver and a member of Whitesville Baptist Church. He was an avid fan of NASCAR and UK sports.
In addition to his parents, Jerry is preceded in death by a brother, Steve Rogers and a niece, Kandi Rogers.
Jerry is survived by his siblings, Richard (Becky) Rogers, David (Carolyn) Rogers and Mary (Roger) Barrett and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Cecil Funeral Home with burial following at Cates Cemetery in Whitesville. Visitation will be at the Funeral Home from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 30.
