• George K. Smith, 45, of the 1400 block of Woodbridge Trail, was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), driving under the influence, first-degree possession of controlled substance (meth) and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (LSD).
• Heather Braden, 37, homeless, was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (meth).
• Dorothy A. Horne-Brooks, 36, of the 800 block of Poindexter Street was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth).
