GREENVILLE – Larrah Raye Perry, 46, of Greenville, died Friday, September 1, 2023, at 7:09PM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Ms. Perry was born January 18, 1977, in Greenville. She was a school teacher at Greenville Elementary School and a member of First Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Angela Perry; uncle, Wade Jenkins; and grandfathers, Marvin Perry II and Larry Jenkins; and grandmother, Allie Austin.
She is survived by her daughter, A’Layah Lovan; brothers, Cody Perry and Bo Perry IV; niece, Joanna Perry; sister, Kim (Randy) Jones; grandmothers, Marjorie Hart and Betty Jenkins; aunts, Amy (Tracy) Bratcher and Marletta Hancock (Steve); uncles, Rex Jenkins, Jolly (Marie) Jernigan, and Bennie (Jo Jo) Lear; best friend, Kara Bivins; and a host of cousins.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at 1:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. John Lee officiating. Burial in Highway Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday after 10:00AM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
