CLEATON – Tommy Edward Bratcher, 71, of Cleaton, died Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at 6:35AM at his residence. Mr. Bratcher was born June 18, 1952, in Muhlenberg County. He was maintenance foreman at Central Pallet Mills, where he had worked for 53 years. He was also a member of Central City Church of Christ. Mr. Bratcher was a graduate of Drakesboro High School Class of 1971. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling, and working on his cars and trucks. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Iona Bratcher.
He is survived by his children, Shane (Jackie) Bratcher, Ashley (Nicolas) Bratcher, and Kendrick (Kitta) Bratcher; grandchildren, Mark, Maria, Jack, Shealyn, and Josie; brothers, Bobby Bratcher, Mike Bratcher, and Timmy Bratcher; and sisters, Diane Miller and Brenda Mayes.
Funeral services will be Saturday, August 12, 2023, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Mr. Bob Edlin officiating. Burial in Miller Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 5-8PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
