The local franchise is owned by Ron Williams – who also owns multiple Ben’s Pretzel’s locations — thought The Brothers That Just Do Gutters began in New York 24 years ago. Williams recently purchased the franchise and looks forward to offering Owensboro an integral contracting experience.
Williams decided it was time to diversify even more after operating Ben’s Pretzel’s for 5 years, along with other business ventures. After researching options for over a year, he decided The Brothers That Just Do Gutters checked all the boxes.
“They’ve been around for 24 years, and I really liked the leadership,” Williams said. “We just want to be good at what we do. We want to revolutionize how clients perceive contractor services, elevating customer services and reliability to new heights.”
Williams said his search focused on three major components: territory, a solid business model, and quality people.
“We hired Kyle Cashley as our general manager to oversee the day-to-day operations,” Williams said. “He will be great, which played a major role in our decision to move forward. We also thought specialized business mode was perfect, and Owensboro would be a great launching point.”
The company’s service territory spans Owensboro, Newburgh, Evansville, Jasper, Bowling Green, Henderson, Madisonville, and everywhere in between.
Services include fascia repairs and replacements, under deck ceiling systems, and underground gutter drainage. They also offer heated gutter, leaf guard, and snow guard installation and maintenance.
“We offer a unique and specialized service,” Williams said. “Often, contractors in the industry can be scattered, offering a wide array of services. We are really good at one and pride ourselves on superior customer service.”
Williams said all of their products and services come with a warranty, and while issues are rare, they resolve them promptly and professionally.
