Wheatgrass Juice Bar Highway 54’s location is under new management, with Ashley Webb becoming the location’s owner.
When the call came, Webb said it was a “dream come true” for her.
“I’m really excited. I have a lot of love for this place from when I worked here before, and I just love building relationships with the customers,” Webb said.
As the location owner, she said she anticipates they will have her meal prep dishes through Joy’s Cooking Classes and Joy-Full Meal Prep on Mondays and Tuesdays. Still, from Wednesday to Saturday, they will serve fresh food options for pickup, like soups and salads.
“Today they were making a lentil stew … It was a rainy day, so I thought, ‘let’s make some soup and have some salads and wraps in there as well,” Webb said.
In addition, she said they would do wraps and other regular foods, smoothies, and juices.
She is now trying to get her feet wet and comfortable leading the team. Even though the reality hasn’t set in yet, she said she’s ready for what’s to come.
