Mark Kevin Jackson, 60, of Owensboro, passed away at his residence on Saturday, June 24, 2023. He was born in Owensboro, KY on February 14, 1963, to the late Arthur and Georgia (Johnson) Jackson. Mark worked as a concrete finisher, construction worker, and truck driver throughout the years and loved all of his jobs. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles and loved his truck.
Along with his parents, Mark was preceded in death by his sister, Linda Faye Jackson; brother, Bill Jackson; and nephew, James “Duke” Jackson.
Mark is survived by his significant other, Sabrina Russell; children: Letisha Devane Davis; Latoya (Vincent) White, Mark (Shyanne) Bowlds, and Jaden Douglas; stepchildren: Tamika Hayden, Tiandra Johnson; and Christopher Acton; nine grandchildren: Damin Dunn, Jazmin Dunn, Elasjah Polk, Melasjah Polk, Ebonee White, Jayden White, and Paisley Bowlds; eight step-grandchildren; siblings: Arthur Jackson, Jr. and Stacy Jean Jackson; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Services will be 12:00 pm on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial to follow at Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of the service on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at the funeral home.
