James C. Stewart, 46, of the 200 block of Carpenter Dr. was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Whitney Woosley, 19, of unknown residence was charged Thursday with theft of identity of another person without consent, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Alyssa D. Boehman, 20, of the 300 block of Orchard St. was charged Thursday with theft of identity of another person without consent and shoplifting $500 or more and under $10,000.
