CLARKSVILLE, TN – Barry Weldon Jackson, 68, of Clarksville, TN, died Sunday, May 21, 2023, at 2:51AM at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville. Mr. Jackson was born October 22, 1954, in Chicago, IL. He was a factory worker at Electrolux in Springfield, TN. He was a collector of baseball cards. He loved the St. Louis Cardinals and Kentucky basketball, and he loved his family with a passion. He was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Jackson; mother, Leona Addison Jackson; sister Diane (Ronald) Gerstung; and brother, Billy Jackson.
He is survived by his brother, Carl (Linda) Jackson of Browder; sisters, June Jackson of Louisville and Wanda (Thomas) Turner of Hopkinsville; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at 10:30AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Jerry Crunk officiating. Burial in Ebenezer Cemetery in Drakesboro. Visitation will be Wednesday after 9:30AM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
