Enterprise opened a Truck Rental branch at their current KY 54 location earlier this month. That means rental customers can now choose from cargo vans, box trucks and tow-capable pickup trucks for both business and personal use.
Manager Caitlyn Couvillion is excited to provide the Enterprise Truck Rental service to the community and integrate into Owensboro.
The trunk rental office was added to the Enterprise Rent-a-Car location at 2101 East Parrish Avenue (across from The Springs Health Centre). The two divisions will operate out of the same parking lot.
Couvillion said that the closest Enterprise Truck Rental offices are in Bowling Green and Evansville, so she thinks the Owensboro location can fill the void between them.
“My goal is to definitely grow. I would love to have 100 vehicles total within the next 6-8 months,” she said.
Couvillion said while it is typically businesses renting the larger vehicles, everything in their fleet is available for retail rentals.
“We can do either long-term rentals or also do replacements. So if you are a company that owns a lot of vehicles, but they go down … you can just give us a call and we can get you going,” she said.
Couvillion added that she was eager to get involved in the community in any way possible, including hosting or sponsoring community events.
“If anybody wants to call me up and say we’ve got a golf scramble or anything that’s industrial, agricultural, anything like that, it’s definitely up our alley. I’m more than happy to get involved,” Couvillion said.
