Kristie L. West, 49, of the 700 block of Poindexter Dr. was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nathan Mattingly, 32, of the 4300 block of Scotty Ln. was charged Saturday with first-degree wanton endangerment.
