Dugan Best Recreation Center is hosting their 2nd annual Halloween Trunk or Treat and Carnival in the Park this Saturday. There will be food, candy, games, a costume contest, and activities for all ages.
The free event will run from 4:30–6:30 p.m. and is open to anyone.
Dugan Best Recreation Center is partnering with New Hope United Church of Christ, Good Shepherd Church, and Breaking the Cycle “to ensure the parking lot will be filled with trunks for your child to trick or treat at,” officials said.
The Owensboro Police Department D.A.R.E vehicle, and Owensboro Fire Department truck, and specials guests will be on site.
Dugan Best is located at 1003 Omega Street.
