• Michael Carter, 48, of the 2000 block of Alexander Avenue was charged Saturday with first-degree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree assault and fourth-degree domestic violence against a minor.
• Brandon June Piper, 35, of the 1700 block of Antler Avenue was charged Saturday with first-degree possession (meth), resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct.
• Jorohn W. Johnson, 41, of the 400 block of West Ninth Street was charged Sunday with theft of a motor vehicle registration plate and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Onri M. Ayres, 44, of the 2200 block of McFarland Avenue was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
