Timothy Davis, age 65 of Kingswood, KY passed away August 27, 2022 at his residence. He was born in Hardinsburg, KY on May 16, 1957, son of the late Percy Davis and Gladys Irene Webb Henninger. Tim retired from Chicago Bridge and Iron where he was a painter. He attended Kingswood Wesleyan Church. Tim loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a very quiet, kindhearted and giving man who never met a stranger. Tim loved his Kingswood community and could often be found preparing meals for his neighbors, helping in anyway he could and being an all around good person. Tim spent many hours clearing and cleaning the Turpin Cemetery for families to visit. While living in Louisiana, he helped families and the community he resided in with the hurricane recovery process. Tim had a strong faith and never judged others. He felt that you should Love God and Love People and he loved everyone and lived this daily.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter Sarah Davis.
Tim is survived by his wife Pamela Davis of Kingswood, KY
4 children: John (Sarah) Davis of Richardsville, KY; Ashley (Peter) Birkner of Raleigh, NC; Lindsey (Mick) Dyer of Kingswood, KY and Dana (Bobby) Upchurch of Garfield, KY
5 grandchildren: Elan Davis, Deklin Davis, Jackson and Caroline Dyer, Oliver Birkner and Magnolia “Maggie” Birkner who is due the end of September.
He also loved his puppy Winnie.
3 brothers: Thomas (Teena) Davis of Hardinsburg, KY; Roger Davis of Irvington, KY and Kevin (Sharon) Davis of Hardinsburg, KY
1 sister: Janice Marie (Dale) Boeck of Raleigh, NC
Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at 12 PM with burial in the Kingswood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, 4-8 PM and Wednesday after 8:30 AM.
Expressions of sympathy are suggested to the Turpin Cemetery.
