Michael Cronin, Jr., 22, of the 400 block of E. 4th St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree disorderly conduct, public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
Bradley A. Adams, 35, of the 3800 block of Lovell Dr. was charged Tuesday with first-degree terroristic threatening.
James C. Collins, 59, of the 400 block of W. Highland was charged Tuesday with no taillight lamps, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Brittney N. Stepp, 26, of the 300 block of N. Elm St. was charged Tuesday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified).
