Rita Lucas, age 76 of Leitchfield, KY and formerly of Custer, KY passed away March 30, 2022 at Baptist Health Hardin. She was born in Custer on March 13, 1946, the daughter of the late Hobby and Effie Ford Ramsey. She was a homemaker who enjoyed interior decorating and always made her home welcoming for her family and friends. She attended many yard sales, was a collector of a variety of things, enjoyed working in her yard and flower garden.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband J L Lucas, brother Frank Ramsey and sister Linda Skaggs.

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Monday, April 4, 2022 at 11 AM with burial in the Madrid Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, 5:30 – 8 PM and Monday after 8:30 AM. All times are central.
