Harold Moore, age 71 of Harned, KY passed away March 25, 2022 at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville, KY. He was born in Breckinridge County, KY on December 16, 1950, the son of the late Elmer “Booty” and Lena Frances Armes Moore. Harold was a retired logger, a job that he held for many years. He enjoyed farming, fishing and riding horses. He loved time spent with his family, especially watching his grandchildren grow and learn new things. He was fond of his pet bird and dogs.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his granddaughter Paige Moore, brother Jimmy “Oodles” Moore and sister Joyce Moore.
Harold is survived by his son Dale Moore and his wife Jennifer of Harned, KY
daughter – Gail Moore of Harned, KY
8 grandchildren: Sammy, Stephanie, Wesley, Zachary, Jager, Jasmine, Sara and Sean
3 great grandchildren: Laiken, Raegan and Tinsley
Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 12 PM with burial in the Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 9:30 AM Tuesday.
