The Owensboro Convention Center is inviting people to don their best green attire and put on their headphones at the St. Paddy’s Silent Disco. The event is scheduled for 8-11 p.m. on March 17.
Doors will open at 7:30 p.m., with the dance floor opening at 8. The wireless headphones allow attendees to adjust the volume and choose between different music channels. A color LED on the headset shows which one attendees are listening to.
Concessions and a full bar will be available on site, including green beer in honor of St. Patrick’s Day.
Tickets are on sale now. From now through 11:59 p.m. on March 4, tickets will be discounted to $7 per person. Tickets will then be priced at $10 per person. All tickets are available online at OwensboroTickets.com, at the Owensboro Convention Center Box Office, or by phone at 270-297-9932. Tickets may also be purchased at the door.
