Janice Scott 65, of Beech Grove, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at Riverside Care and Rehabilitation Center in Calhoun. Janice Carol Harris was born July 1, 1956 in Owensboro, Kentucky to the late James Elmer and Clarice Haynes Jennings Harris and was married to Joseph Michael Scott July 10, 1992. Janice was a homemaker and a member of the Christian faith. She enjoyed working her puzzles and spending time with both her family and friends. In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Mike Scott, who died August 9, 2019.
Survivors include three sons, Justin Scott (JoHanna), Allen Tingley both of Calhoun and Eric Tingley (Cori) of Centertown; 4 grandchildren; and a brother, Jimmie Harris of Beech Grove.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel with Dr. Richard Sams officiating. Burial will be in the Poplar Grove Cemetery in McLean County. Friends may visit with Janice’s family from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. Tuesday at Musters in Calhoun.
